One bite at a time. Small steps no matter how small towards your goal is how you get things done. If the goal is weight loss, then every bite matters. We must be conscious of everything we put into our bodies, and make sure its always the right choice. As I am writing this I am involved in my own weight loss journey, and it's an uphill battle when you are the only one in your household fighting it. Imagine trying to control yourself when people are eating garlic bread and pasta. Its a sheer battle of wills. But everyday i resist the urge, every meal is a win and positive step in the right direction. Until next time.
